There are so many incredible parents to follow on social media right now. I personally love funny moms and moms who call out nonsense without fear. If I had to choose just five to follow right now, here’s a quick list of who I’m watching at 2am while I nurse the baby:

Paige Connell (@sheisapaigeturner) - Paige is a mom of four and expert on all things mental-load and the struggles of the working mom. She insightfully calls out the BS moms deal with every day - from being unsupported in the corporate world to daycare costs and the enormous burden on moms to be everything to everyone all at once. She’s an advocate for what moms really need in this country. I love listening to her break down society’s toughest parenting topics.

Big Time Adulting / Caitlin Murray (@bigtimeadulting) - Caitlin saying “get yourself a snack” never fails to make me feel better. She brings humor to the mess of motherhood. Caitlin is candid and knows that making dinner every. single. night. is, in fact, a huge pain. If you want some solidarity and a mom who you’d love to have a glass of wine with, follow Caitlin.

Nicki Marie (@nickimarieinc) - Nicki is a good time. That’s it. End of story. The former college field hockey player is one of the funniest moms on the Internet. I personally follow her because I love her Boston accent. She’s all heart, humor, and parenting realness wrapped into one. She loves Dunkin’ Donuts as much as I do and she has great advice for everyone, but particularly divorced parents.

Kylie Kelce (@nglwithkylie) - If you don’t know who Kylie is by now, I don’t know what to tell you. She’s everywhere. The wife of former Philadelphia Eagles center, Jason Kelce, and mom of four girls, Kylie has launched a podcast career that’s taken off into the stratosphere. I think her success can be mostly attributed to the fact she’s open and vulnerable about parenting four young children. Be sure to check out one of her latest episodes with everyone’s bonus mom, Ms. Rachel.

Kate Mannion (@barstoolkate) - My husband tells me Kate and I are the same person. I don’t disagree. It is an honor. We literally have the same sense of humor. Kate is a military veteran, mom of two, and documents the daily hilarity of her life. She’s a constant reminder that while I’m now a mom, I’m also still a human woman who used to drink Natty Lights and smoke clove cigarettes outside of frat houses. She leads with comedy, but I’m always pleasantly surprised by the amount of heart she puts into her posts.

I swear I’m not discriminating against dads. I hope the dads that are reading aren’t mad. I love you guys, too. Should I do a list of my favorite Internet dads??? Let me know.
